Our Process

Process (simplified)

Step 1: Set up User account (name and password)

Step 2: Enter financial information (either verbally or online)

Step 3: Determine which service is needed

Step 4: Submit documentation (online, fax, overnight)

Step 5: Transaction coordinator is assigned

Step 6: File is checked for missing info and Qcd for completeness

Step 7: File is electronically uploaded to Processor

Step 8: Processor checks for completeness and emails client

Step 9: Processor begins their process

Step 10: Weekly dispositions are sent to client.  (online or phone)

Step 11: Service is completed (customer is notified on outcome)

Step 12: Client is sent email inquiring if other services are required

Step 13: Client logs into their account to select next service

Step 14: Jump to Step 6 for the next service (additional documentation may be needed)

Step 15: Celebrate and get back to living
